You asked for it, and you got it from Xavier. However, I doubt that is
what you were looking for.

As has been pointed out, this is not foolproof. You can add a filter
that is just digits to *really* limit to that length.
Nonetheless, I have added Table editor MAXLENGTH support to CVS, because
that is a good idea.
