I have always just put the certs dir (with cert inside) in 
/usr/local/interchange/lib. I bet if you went there and did an ln -s 
verisign/payflowpro/linux/certs, that would fix it. The Signio.pm module 
will search this location for the cert file by default, so no environment 
variable overrides are needed.
