I have found http://www.zolotek.net to be good. Like you I have had to move
sites quite a few times but I'm finding that the solutions offerded by them
are robust and that they are very responsive to support queries. This is
despite the fact that I'm heavily modifying the basic cart and asking for
help repairing things that I broke.

I'm not saying they'll be perfect for your needs, but they've done well by
me.
