[ic] Quickbooks Problems

After installing the Quickbooks module using IC v. 4.8.6 and Perl 5.6.1, I 
am unable to complete a test transaction in my store.  I am unable to log 
in as a customer, or to complete an order without loggin in.  Any ideas as 
to what may be the problem?  I was able to restore my store to working 
order without any problem, but I am trying to figure out what may have 
caused the problem.

Note:  I could not find the usertag directory, so I used an include in my 
catalog.cfg file.
