Perhaps you forgot to copy your Apache configuration and rewrite rules
over from your Red Hat 7.2 box to your 7.3 box.  You should compare
the httpd.conf files from those two configurations.

Most of the people I've spoken to have upgraded FROM 4.8.7. :-)
