[ic] Interchange 4.9.5 with Redhat 9.0

Hi,  did anyone run interchange 4.9.5 on RedHat 9.0?

This week I upgraded my system from RedHat 7.3 to 9.0 and Interchange is not 
working any more.
Looks like the Interchange service cannot response properly (even there is 
no error report). I did try to reinstall Interchange 4.9.5 from scratch and 
got the same problem. Any idea?
