[ic] Payment Module Timeout

I am using 4.9.7 with the BoA payment module.  I have noticed that I get a
lot of timeout errors when the CC is being processed.  The payment module
returns the default error message of "Credit card processor not
responding. Please try again later or call our customer service directly."
(this default error message is set in the BoA module and is not sent by
the actual BoA server).  From as far as I can tell, the transaction is
still completed, however the payment module timesout before a response is
sent by BoA.  So the timeout error is shown but the transaction is
actually completed.

Is there a way to override the default timeout settings for the Payment
module?  I am not familiar with Net::SSLeay, but I am assuming I have to
send some option to this.
