[ic] Delete-button with the table-editor tag

Hi,

I'm having trouble in defining a delete-button for the table-editor tag. In
the source of Editor.pm I found a $opt->{button_delete} (row 3446), but
specifying that in the table-editor did not work out.

Any help is again much appreciated.
