[ic] additional price_levels

Hi,

I am trying to add an additional price level to an IC site. i.e. I currently 
use retail and dealer levels, but need to add a third level. 

One way i've thought of achieving this is by adding the 3rd pricing field to 
the admin system & then manually calculating the difference between this 
price & a retail price at runtime & applying a discount to the retail price 
to lower it by the correct amount. However, this is obviously a little messy 
and was wondering if there was a correct way to do this?
