[Crossova Productions]

I have a question in regards to the shipping module.  I want to add a 
shipping module that is catered more towards the USPS (united states 
postal system).  For every domestic (united states) address i want to 
charge them 8.00 flat rate, then 1.50 per additional item.

For internationall orders i want to charge 10.25 as as a flat rate, and 
2.10 each additional item.
