Hello Thomas,

Our sites are built by two people, a designer and a programmer. The
designer starts by mocking the pages up in photoshop and then once they
have been approved they are cut into html. At that point the programmer
takes the design and integrates the Interchange code. We used
dreamweaver, photoshop, dhtml menuing, and ultraedit to build the sites.
We do not use the Interchange interface to build the different pages.

It usually takes 2-3 months for us to complete a site like this, with
one person working half time and another person working full time. I've
been working with Interchange for about 3 years now, during the last
year it's really the only system I have worked with.
