[ic] fMRIDC: New IC site launch

Hi all,

	We recently took http://www.fmridc.org live on Interchange/MySQL 
(migrating off the previous PHP/Informix site that was there).  The 
site is different from most IC sites in that they are a non-profit, 
grant-funded project which collects the results of functional MRI 
experiments from all over the world, and makes them available for other 
people in the neuroscience community to use in their research.  
Critique is welcome.  But if it's really harsh, please send it to me 
directly. ;)
