[ic] Interchange 4.9.9 makecat not creating Mysql Tables.

I am going to take a stab at this because the exact thing
happened to me
with interchange 4.9.9, perl 5.8 on Redhat 8.0. I had
previously created
catalogs no problem. Then the upgrade came. I used RPM's. 

What I discovered was that tables would not create when
"service interchange
restart" was used. The init.d script has some issues, not
sure. you need to
run, quoting Sam Batschelet:

>>to restart
>>su -c "/usr/local/interchange/bin/interchange -r" interch

You should then see a whole lot fly by the screen. This
would be the tables
being created. you can also see the results in the
interchange log file.
