Sounds a bit out of the league of interchange to me. Try a search on 
sourceforge (www.sourceforge.net), various rental packages are 
available there. Note I have not tried any of them, it might be the 
combination of rental and browser based access is a tricky one, but
in this case it may be your best bet.
