[ic] Options order

I have added many options for my products in the "Options" database. Does
anyone know how to:
1. Change the order that the options show up. Say I have 3 options; color,
size, type. Sometimes the color is first and sometimes the type shows up
first,. I'd like to have them show up in the same order.

2. Have a radio button that is "SELECTED" by default.
