[ic] IC Jobs: "command not found"

I've got my IC Jobs all set up and the following in my crontab:

* * * * * cron_test

with the cron_test file looking like this:

[email hide="1" subject="cron working" to="my at email.com"
from="my at email.com"]it worked[/email]

and sitting in my etc/mycronjobs directory which is the one I set up.  I do
get emails every minute but they say this:

/bin/sh: cron_test: command not found

and they're from the system.  Any ideas?
