I'm looking to create a "similar to big chain biz" ship method, like if
price is over $100 shipping is free, if under, shipping is calculated for
UPS etc.  I looked in the shipping section, and there appears to be some
basic ICTags in the ups query line itself, and was wondering, how far that
extends.  Can you put the full range of IC tags in that line to perform
logic, or is that pretty much  a no-go, and would I need to make a perl tag
to do all of this reliably?
