[ic] Left menu in Foudnation cat

Hrm.. thanks for all the help before I finally have it up and running.. I
have started doing some research on customize the layout.

I have notice that even though I delete all the items from the products
table the menu items don't change...

So my first question is :

Is there a tutorial on customization ?

Secondly.. .where  can I change those menu options ?
