[ic] total-cost not add shipping

Hallo list.

Since a few days I've the problem that interchange not add the shipping
costs to the total-costs. This happens only after the user logged in.
If the customer not logged in, the total-costs include the shipping. After
the customer logged in, the shipping is missing in the total-costs.

A development shop uses the same IC Server, with the same configuration
(just differences in directories and names). There nothign happen, the
total-cost is always correct.

We are using IC V4.8.6

Has anyone an idea ?
