[ic] admin interface and checkout fail

I am unable to access both the admin interface and goto checkout under
customer interface.
The error logs yield the following
Apache error log

I have installed all the required perl modules ("kitchensink") and DBI and
DBD.
I built the catalog with no problems all the postgresql data and tables are
present.
I've checked all the permissions and they are correct.
Can someone help?
