[ic] IC 5.2 ebuild for Gentoo Linux

I noticed someone has created an ebuild of IC 5.2 for
Gentoo.  Since it is in the bugs section it is still
in testing, but it should be in Portage before long.

This will result in the command:

emerge interchange

installing IC and all dependencies on a Gentoo system.
