The default list for "UK" in fact only lists English counties (omitting 
Scotland and Wales). There's a full list of the counties of Great 
Britain here...

It's worth noting that Great Britain != United Kingdom so if you're 
offering counties when the user selects "UK" you should add 
considerations for Northern Ireland, etc. The CIA have a list of all 
the counties, districts, royal boroughs, etc.

Perhaps once you decide which of these to include in the list it can be 
added into Interchange CVS, as the default for 5.2 is clearly 
incorrect.
