Interchange and cpanel can be problematic, and you will be hard pressed
to find support for that combination on this list.  However, if you do
stick with interchange, you can process payments via GPG/PGP, or via
many realtime CC processors, such as authorize.net.

You don't need a special account on the server to process CC payments
with either method, however, if you choose realtime processing you would
need to get an account with the one of your choosing.
