[ic] Problem with IC 5.0.0 and fcounter tag

Hi,

I'm working on IC 5.0.0. Trying to use the fcounter tag as part of 
quickbooks integration, got an server internal error and found this error in 
my error.log file

Can't locate object method "new" via package "File::CounterFile"
(perhaps you forgot to load "File::CounterFile"?) at (tag 'fcounter') line 
6.

I tried to look for the Counterfile.pm and found it both in the Perl on
the box and in Interchange...

IC Version : 5.0.0
Perl Version : Perl 5.6.1 (called with: /usr/bin/perl)

Any suggestions on how to resolve this ?
