[ic] adding more fields on new_account.html

Hi,

I have read the posts on this and can't seem to find a way to do this.

I would like to combine all the account_change data right into the 
new_account page. So far I have been able to do this accept that all a 
person has to do to create an account is fill out just the username and 
password fields. I am using the account_change profile, and it "looks" 
like it works, but even when the form "fails" the user is still created 
and logged in. How do I combine the test and make it so that no user is 
created until my profile is matched? I am using 4.8.7
