[ic] Error after upgrade to 5.0.0

Upgraded from 4.8.7 to 5.0.0 on my FreeBSD 4.7 box. Since then my checkout
page never reaches success with these errors:

Seems like it may be a mv_shipmode > shipmode problem. Any suggestions?
