[ic] problem with multiple page return quanity add

Thanks Ed ,
for the quick responce , and providing me with a fix , note that the 
changes worked but at first IE had a problem poping up with " undefined 
item_rowcount debug now ? " with the code below unless all occurances of
[item_rowcount] are specified as [scratch item_rowcount]
but after changing this its works perfectly not sure if that is right I 
just took a guess...
