[ic] Startup Problem

I need some assistance. I have been running various versions of Interchange
since 4.8.6 and recently I build a new server, installing MySQL 4.0.18 from
source, am running Perl 5.8.3 with DBI 1.43 and DBD-mysql 2.9003... I have
run the make test on DBD-mysql with success on a test db. When I try and run
interchange.. I have been getting the following errors. I have tried
creating new catalogs (as seen below) as well as reinstalling all packages
and even trying different versions. No Luck.

Anyone have any thoughts?
