Yes well, when you get all this for a few hours of time, it is basically "a
steal". Mike already put in the heavy lifting ages ago with the pages, cgi
script and ads table.

Once it is released to the community, I am sure it would be easy to tweak to
anyone's particular needs.

However your right, for the general "money pooling" idea, a "job building" area
or forum or list would be nice to tie down the loose edges, before paying a
consultant, and them starting work. It is a bit different in this case as the
work is largely already done.

I would think the devgroup could put up some sort of list/form for this, and it
would be supported by the devgroup companies advertising on that page, and
being the ones who bid on the jobs on that page (Perusion, Cursor Software, New
Media, etc)
