[ic] mon_thousand_sep in locale.txt

Hi list,

I have no price_picture set up in locale.txt because I want to display 
prices correctly with

- mon_thousand_sep
- mon_decimal_point
- currency_symbol

The last 2 are working perfectly but mon_thousand_sep is always just 
being ignored.
It is set to
mon_thousand_sep	.	.	.	.		
but the prices are always looking like this:
  10,573,01 Euro (Thousand-Separator is a Comma)

Any ideas ?
