[ic] Confirm email on checkout page

Hi,

I'm looking for the best/easiest way to have them confirm their
email on the checkout page.  I.e. have two email input boxes like
Email:         ______________
Confirm Email: ______________
Then either have javascript check if they're equal or have IC
check when they submit.  Anyone have an example?
