[ic] edit mv_ad seperate_addresses

Hello list,

I couldn't find any docs or help from the blog for the following problem.

In using separate shipping address. My client needs to have the fname and
lname for shipto: in the separate_address field derived from mv_ad. also, I
want to create values of each of the individual ship_address if selected.
for instance

value=ship_fname default=[value fname]
value=ship_lname default=[value lname]

for each selected shipto in the cart

Any idea's, howto's, of online docs would be appreciated

I'm using IC 5.1
postgresql
redhat 7.2
