Thanks Kevin,

i change to chmod 04111 /cgi-bin/foundation and the owner is interch. interch 
is user that i use to start Interchange

---s--x--x    1 interch  users        3681 mar 24 10:38 foundation

scripts does not run 

"Internal Server Error"

this apear in /var/log/httpd/error_log, this is the error
