[ic] delete variables

Hi,

I have this problem i cannot figure out:
I set some extra fields / variables in checkout.html, the customer orders
the car the receipt page is displayed. Than if he wants to order somrthing
different the values are still there. How can I delete these variables after
the order is processed.

I tried with:
[value date_1 set=""]
[value date_2 set=""]
[value term set=""]

in different places, but its not working.

So what and where to put ?
