Hi Steve,
first, thank you for sharing your code. I've got it installed on our
test server and the server is now able to start without any errors. The
new shipping method also shows up along with all the others in
Administration=>Commerce=>Shipping. However, I don't seem to be able to
make this new method come up as the default shipping mode. Any suggestions?
