FreeBSD for the Sparc64 can be found here or on mirror sites:

Quoting from the README file:

"This directory contains FreeBSD ISO images that can be used to burn
fully capable FreeBSD installation CDs.  If you're looking for a more
hand-held experience with printed documentation, technical support
and the joy of knowing that you are supporting the FreeBSD project,

      http://www.freebsdmall.com.

Where you can obtain a 4-CD set in a nice box that includes documentation,     
etc.

You might want to check out the set with documentation.
