Maybe too much whittling? Try adding:
$CGI->{mv_column_op} = "rm";
Change:
...
my $product = shift;
...
$CGI->{mv_sort_option} = 'f,f,n,f';
...
to:
...
my ($action, $product) = split ('/', shift);
...
$CGI->{mv_sort_option} = 'f,n,f';
...
See if that helps.
