Perhaps you could look into using coupons associated with these employees. 
There has been some thread on this with some hints a ideas:
 - goto www.icdevgroup.org
 - type: Discounts and coupon tracking?
 in the searchbox
 - choose: Search for "Discounts and coupon tracking?" on mailing list 
archives (via Google)
 - the thread shows in the top (spans 3 months of archives)
