[ic] Line item ship-to?

A client of ours wants clients to be able to place orders that are
shipped to multiple addresses, which should be set in the customer's
address book beforehand.  The catalog is based on 'mike', which we
prefer because it's less cluttered than foundation, but it doesn't seem
to want to do multiple addresses in its current configuration.

I've looked through the foundation catalog to see how it does this, but
i'm obviously overlooking something.  There are references to mv_an and
mv_ad, and it appears those have a big part in setting the ship-to
addresses--in fact, mv_ad seems to BE the ship-to address.  But
where/how they are set and how they set the item's shipping address
aren't yet obvious to me.

Any pointers?
