[ic] catolog w/o cgi-bin URL

I'm new to IC, and I'm trying to get a catalog
configured that doesn't use cgi-bin in the URL -- ala
the demo.icdevgroup.org catalog.  Are there settings
internal to IC that will let me do this, or do I need
to modify my webserver configuration to do this?
