Killing Interchange server 12345 with TERM.
Vend::Payment -- etc. etc.
Sending debug messages to debug.log

-- what?  what happened to /tmp/icdebug ?
-- "find" can't find debug.log anywhere on the machine, or icdebug for that
matter -- where's the debug info going?
