[ic] bouce to external cgi program

Hello list,

I've been searching the docs and list but I can't find a soluition to my 
problem. Is what I want to do is use the bounce tag to redirect to an 
external cgi program with form values. I found in the docs of using a 
scratch variable with an internal IC page

[tmp form_url]
        [area  ord/basket
                form="mv_order_item=os34446
                          mv_todo=refresh
          "][/tmp]

[bounce href="[scratch form_url]"]

but how do I bounce to an external page with form values ?
