[ic] checkout hangs

Hi,

I put it in debug mode.  I don't get any messages.  I've looked in  
debug.log, error.log, and the apache logs.  The system just hangs  
when I click the "check out" button.  Eventually my browser just  
times out.

Any ideas about where else I can look??
