[ic] [search-region] and OR search

[Tom Friedel - Ready Ink Incorporated]

I am trying to use [search-region] to find two countries JP  TH using 
OR.  Below returns those but another 12 that I can't explain.   I am 
using Postgres and wonder if this might be a bug specific to that database.

sf=country
se=JP
se=TH
os=yes
op=eq


I also tried to use

se=JP|TH
op=rm

with no luck (no results found)
