Sorry to bother the list for such a question but does anyone have the URL to retrieve a zone file and zone based rates from FedEx. I've searched all over fedex.com and all I can find is this page http://fedex.com/ratetools/RateToolsMain.do?link=2 which I can't get to work even when allowing PopUps. Jon
