[ic] Different shipping rates for each language site

I have an interchange online shopping site which is in
English only. I would like to add another langauage
within the "same shop". Can I have a different set of
shipping rate for each lanugage site? I don't want to
just multiply a fix "rate" to tranlate the different
currency. It would be a totally different set of
shipping rate.
