[ic] Route Log Failed?

This is what i get in error.log

> Error during creation of order routing log:
> Route log failed. at /usr/interchange/lib/Vend/Order.pm line 1835.

> Route main failed. at /usr/interchange/lib/Vend/Order.pm line 1835.

I even went to install the originanl log_transaction which is what I beleive 
is making the error,,
