The "Payment declined or system error" is coming from the PaypalPro
module, but you also appear to have another message in your session
dump (Invalid test card number), which is coming from the TestPayment
module.

I don't really know what you've set up, but something looks wrong
in the session.  Have a look at any TestPayment settings you have
associated with your website.

Perhaps your session is just full of junk from previous tests.
Close your browser(s), reopen one to get a new session and try again.
That'll make your session dump cleaner, even if nothing else changes.
