[ic] Is latest 5.4 same as original 5.4

Hi All

This is a stupid question but obviously version 5.4 was released in Dec 05.


I guess there has still been fixes to this code and pages.  So without going
to 5.5 (development) where are the changes (i.e. 5.4.1)?
