[ic] Interchange.cfg not found - permission denied problems?

Any competent Interchange consultant, with access to your SSH account,
will be able to track down the cause of that very quickly.  It'll most
likely be something very simple.  It'd probably be very difficult to
track down the problem using information passed back and forth in an
email thread.
